Its been 9 years that I have been working in ALTEN Calsoft Labs and it has proved to be a good experience for me. I have been able to develop myself both personally and professionally. ALTEN Calsoft Labs is a nice place to work with colleagues and supervisors always ready to provide their support. I just want to say that I am proud to be a part of ALTEN Calsoft Labs’ Team!!

Periodic and continuous review and feedback gives the employee a clear picture of his/her performance and the corrective actions needed to do better. ALTEN Calsoft Labs’ Learning Center offers various programs to cater to various levels and needs of the employees on a continuous basis. Calsoftians learn more about the joy of sharing and event management, through their outreach activities, Mitr, in the community.
Mentoring: A strong senior management team comprising of people from diverse backgrounds and ethnicity help in shaping up the future of young Calsoftians. Every new comer to the company has an assigned mentor who takes care of the employee’s all round growth. Employees are encouraged to enroll for higher studies, gain professional certifications, participate in professional bodies and conferences. Employees often get opportunities to speak in national and international forums.
Support Management: Employees are encouraged to participate and lead several functions and events such as Calsoft Day, Campus Recruitments and Open Day. Besides giving them visibility and recognition, these also assist in building up their management skills.
