L2 Application Support

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise on in-house applications.
  • Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
  • L2 support – diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support.
  • Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle
  • Package install, upgrades in different environments.
  • Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
  • Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
  • Support L3 team during implementation.
Preferred Education:
B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M Tech
Area of Expertise:
ASP.net, C#, VB Script, Java Script, SQL server,CMS tool and IIS
